Shipping & Delivery Policy

VaibhavStone® ships stone and tile products across the United States and internationally through a structured fulfillment network. Because stone is heavy and handling-sensitive, delivery timelines and shipping methods vary by product type, destination, and order size.

1) Order Processing (Handling Time)

  • Samples / small parcel items: typically processed in 1–3 business days.
  • Standard stocked items: typically processed in 2–5 business days.
  • Made-to-order / custom cut / project supply: processing time is provided on the product page or confirmed in your quote.

2) Shipping Methods

  • Parcel: small items/samples shipped via standard carriers.
  • Freight (LTL/Pallet): many stone/tile orders ship on pallets with curbside delivery.
  • Bulk / container / project freight: shipped via freight solutions based on quote and destination.

3) Delivery Timeframes (Transit Time)

  • USA (parcel): typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • USA (freight/LTL): typically 5–12 business days after dispatch (varies by carrier and route).
  • International: transit varies by destination, customs clearance, and shipping mode.

4) Shipping Costs, Duties & Taxes

Shipping fees are shown at checkout when available. For freight orders, shipping may be calculated based on destination or provided by quote. International customers are responsible for applicable import duties, VAT/GST, customs fees, and brokerage charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5) Address Accuracy

Please ensure your address, phone number, and delivery details are correct. If an order is returned or delayed due to incorrect address information, additional shipping or re-delivery fees may apply.

6) Freight Deliveries (Important)

  • Curbside delivery: Freight carriers typically deliver to the curb/driveway; inside delivery is usually not included.
  • Appointment: Freight deliveries may require a delivery appointment.
  • Liftgate: If you need liftgate service, please request it in advance where applicable.

7) Damage Inspection & Claims

Stone shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery. If visible damage exists:

  • Do not discard packaging.
  • Take clear photos of the package, pallet/crate, and damaged items.
  • Note damage on the carrier delivery receipt where possible.
  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
